 PayPal FAQ's
• Is it necessary to have a PayPal account to purchase from this website? No it is not necessary. Simply click on the box that indicates “Click Here” next to where it indicates “If you do not currently have a PayPal account” and it will take you to the page where you can fill in your name, address and other information for purchasing and receiving our products. ^ top • Placing Items in Your Shopping Cart To purchase items from our site, you need to place them in our online shopping cart. Simply click on the "Add to Cart" button on the item's product information page. You can continue adding items to your cart until you are ready to make your purchase. You can view the items you have placed in your shopping cart at any time by clicking on the "View Cart" icon. ^ top • Checkout To check out click on the "View Cart" button. Please review all the items you have placed in your Shopping Cart to ensure the items are correct and make any necessary corrections. If you are already on the shopping cart page click the "Checkout" button. This will lead you to our PayPal payment gateway. If you currently don't have a PayPal account and don't wish to sign up simply click on "If you do not currently have a PayPal account click here". Please make sure that you provide and review all the billing and shipping information. Once you have submitted your payment data please wait for the order confirmation to appear. ^ top • Accepted Types of Payment We accept all major credit cards like American Express, Discover, Visa, or MasterCard or PayPal payments. ^ top • Can I cancel an order after checkout is completed? Orders cannot be cancelled once the checkout process has been completed. Due to our commitment to process orders quickly, once the checkout process is completed items are immediately packed for shipment. Please contact us immediately if you wish to cancel an item. ^ top • Privacy Information We value your privacy, and promise never to sell your email address for your lifetime to any third party. • Usage by children under 18 We require that all purchases be made by individuals 18 years of age or older. While many youth use and benefit from our product, we rely on parents, guardians and those responsible for supervising youth under 18 to decide which materials are appropriate for them to purchase. ^ top • What is our return policy? Unopened CDs may be returned if the shrinkwrap packaging is not damaged and the CD(s) are in their original condition. Please contact us and we are happy to accommodate your request. All costs related to return shipping must be paid by the customer. Refunds are: your order amount less any handling fees and the original shipping charges of the product(s) ordered. ^ top • Entering Billing and Shipping Information If your shipping address is different from your credit card billing address please mark the appropriate answer in the "Is the above address also your credit card billing address" section. • Cost of Shipping The shipping fee is $7.00 within the United States for the 1st CD ordered. Each additional CD adds an additional $2.50 fee to the overall shipping costs. We use FedEx, UPS, and USPS (United States Postal Service).
